Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.

2. Eligible Items
To be eligible for return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• In original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Custom or personalized products (items with names, monograms, or other custom elements).
• Digital products once the download link has been accessed.
• Gift cards.
• Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout).
• Items damaged from wear, misuse, or alteration.

4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@willysoverland.us with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund including original shipping fees.

5. Standard Returns (Not Defective)
For standard returns (change of mind, size issues, etc.):
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

6. How to Start a Return
Email support@willysoverland.us with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed.

7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item (following the standard return process) and place a new order for the replacement.

8. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within 14 days of our confirmation email, first check with your bank or credit card company. If the refund still hasn't posted, contact us at support@willysoverland.us and we will investigate.
​
10. Shipping Costs for Returns
Except for defective items, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

11. International Returns
International returns are accepted following the same conditions above. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs fees, taxes, or duties. Original shipping fees and import taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
